| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este estudo analisou as causas que levam os adolescentes à prática do ato infracional, a família e a escola, enquanto agências socializadoras, na contribuição da formação moral e intelectual destes jovens, bem como a importância da religiosidade para a formação do jovem cidadão. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa utilizou-se como aporte teórico a teoria das representações sociais. Participaram da pesquisa trinta adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas no CESEIN da cidade de Macapá. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionários, com perguntas subjetivas e semiestruturadas com o apoio dos agentes sociais que lá atuam. Durante a pesquisa detectou-se que as agências socializadoras têm uma grande importância no processo de recuperação social dos jovens que cumprem medidas socioeducativas, porém ainda predomina um distanciamento deste com a escola e a religião. Assim, a família não deve ser vista apenas como a vilã, mas é necessário verificar os fatores sociais e culturais que as cercam, levando esses jovens a estarem em vulnerabilidade social; as medidas socioeducativas aplicadas aos adolescentes poderiam surtir mais efeitos se seguissem modelos positivos da educação escolar; a religião tem uma influência muito grande, a qual pode mudar a economia, a política e a cultura de uma sociedade. |
| Abstract: | This study examined the causes that lead teenagers to practice offenders of illegal acts, the family and the school, socializing agencies, in the contribution of the moral and intellectual formation of these young ones, as well as the importance of religion for the formation of the young citizen. For the development of the research it was used as theoretical contribution the theory of the social representations. Thirty adolescents participated in the research that pay socio-educational penalties in CESEIN of the Macapá city. The data were collected through questionnaires, with subjective questions and half-structured with the social support of agents that act there. During the research it was detected that the socializing agencies has a great importance in the social recovery process of the teens that pay socio-educational penalties, however still hold a distance to the school and religion. Another observed aspect was that the most of the young people interviewed are repeat offenders of illegal acts. |
