| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O projeto experimental trata-se de um livro reportagem sobre erros policiais e do sistema de segurança pública e justiça como um todo, além de equívocos da imprensa ao tratar de um suposto caso de abuso sexual envolvendo José Nilson dos Santos Sena, um rapaz que à época da acusação tinha 18 anos. Ele foi inocentado um mês após a prisão. Para a produção do livro reportagem, foram entrevistadas as partes envolvidas no caso e especialistas que analisaram o comportamento das instituições policiais e da mídia. Com isso, foi possível identificar o amadorismo existente nas redações jornalísticas e a precariedade dos sistemas policial, judiciário e prisional do estado na abordagem de temas envolvendo a violência contra a pessoa humana. |
| Abstract: | The experimental design it is a book report on police errors and the system of public security and justice as a whole , as well as the press misunderstandings when dealing with an alleged case of sexual abuse involving José Nilson dos Sena Santos, a young man to time the charge was 18 . He was acquitted one month after the arrest . For the production of the book report , the parties involved in the case and experts who analyzed the behavior of the police institutions and the media were interviewed . Thus, it was possible to identify the existing amateurism in newsrooms and the precariousness of the police, judiciary and prison systems of the state in addressing issues involving violence against the human person . |
