Resumo
This research aimed to analyze the process of reception of the decision of the Supreme Court with the teachers, based on the work that the Association of Religious Education Teachers of the State of Amapá - APERAP develops in the state, regarding the paradigmatic and political changes of the component Religious Education. It seeks to contrast the historical construction of the Curricular Plan of Religious Teaching in the State, carried out with the collaboration of the teachers, under the bias of confessionality, to classify convergences, divergences and observance of the argumentative elements regarding the reception. It also evaluates the implications, from a metacognitive perspective, on the concepts and purposes arising from the judicial decision, from a critical perspective of Law. This is a qualitative research, inserted in interests and circumstances both social and specific to education, carried out through semi-structured interviews, having rhetoric as a method and following the steps of formative-research. The studies point out that the hypothesis of the judicial implications in the reception of the confessional paradigm, are not relevant to the point of moving the structures of the concepts and pedagogical practices of the teachers, since, although they are subject to the judicial decision, they experience their practice guided from the BNCC, the Amapaense Curricular Reference, and the Resolutions of the local education, revealing the need and importance of the construction of thought with critical weavings, with emancipatory and even revolutionary potential by teachers in education and for education
