Caso José Nilson: a ética no jornalismo policial no Amapá

Abstract

The experimental design it is a book report on police errors and the system of public security and justice as a whole , as well as the press misunderstandings when dealing with an alleged case of sexual abuse involving José Nilson dos Sena Santos, a young man to time the charge was 18 . He was acquitted one month after the arrest . For the production of the book report , the parties involved in the case and experts who analyzed the behavior of the police institutions and the media were interviewed . Thus, it was possible to identify the existing amateurism in newsrooms and the precariousness of the police, judiciary and prison systems of the state in addressing issues involving violence against the human person .
