Sindicalismo: a trajetória do sindicato dos Serventuários da Justiça do Estado do Amapá na luta em defesa dos direitos

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the historical trajectory of SINJAP defending the rights of workers in the state of Amapá, trying to understand the circumstances interactive between legal practitioners and the judiciary. The research is focused on the impact of conditions involving the consequences resulting from this relationship, emphasizing the social actors of this process. The study will reference the work of authors Ricardo Antunes, Paulo Antunes, Pedro Carlos de Carvalho, Stivan Poll workers and other authors who address the topic. The instruments for data collection were participant observation and standardized interview applied together trade unionists, whose data after processing and analysis will be presented in a scientific paper.
