A ressocialização dos apenados do instituto de administração penitenciário do Amapá: Um estudo de caso dos projetos sociais para a inserção no mercado de trabalho

Abstract

The Brazilian penitentiary system faces a serious structural problem, which has its origin in historical and social factors, so it is necessary to find a solution in a first plane, where if it does not solve strictly, to reduce social pressure that this system generates both the community and for himself, considering that in the face of unsatisfactory conduct by which the penal system as a whole is submitted, the people who are exposed to it like a prisoner may impose to society an unprecedented danger. Therefore, measures designed to meet this demand is the implementation of social programs that aim to Resocialize the condemned, while provides to them a opportunity to access the labor market. To check these possibilities we will analyze the case study carried out in Sistema Penitenciário do Amapá through the social program Building: Professional Qualification for reintegration of the convict in the Labour Market. With this we will see if there was some contribution of the program and how it is characterized.
