Inovação e empreendedorismo: por uma arquitetura sustentável como estratégia à qualidade de vida na ressaca do Beirol

Abstract

In face of the present degradation in the environmental areas of Macapá and Santana, improperly inhabited, it demonstrates the serious social problems clearly and you adapt, evidencing the fragility of fractional urban politics, that it is constituted in palliative measures, not contributing to the process of urban planning. That work was developed according to the theoretical foundations of the sustentabilidade, empreendedorismo together, with practical aspects of the innovative process, becoming the geratriz of maintainable projects, that has as premise to transform ideas become pregnant in innovations adapted to the reality of an area antropizada. The amplification in innovative way of the beginnings of the maintainable architecture establishes relationships with the aspects: social, cultural, economical and you adapt. The objective is to look for appropriate solutions to a new atmosphere, breaking paradigms of the architecture, tends as purpose to contribute the society close to, in a favorable way, in the appearance of new projects that you/they make possible to foment financial profits and you adapt. In that sense, the proposed interventions have as main goal to promote improvements in the life quality to the community. For the reach of this aim at, there was the need to think the city associated to architectural projects and urbanísticos that use coming materials of the reciclagem process and of the reaproveitamento of the garbage and of the local labor, being defined in new maintainable patterns that it establishes the architecture as agent compromissado with the environmental and urban responsibility. The reasons of this study are justified in the possibility of the implantation of projects correct ecologicamente, ruled in the economical viability, that will assist the needs of the preservation of the area as of the citizens that he/she inhabits her, bringing with itself expectations economical, social and you adapt. It is ended that the current discussions on the process of the applied sustentabilidade in the architectural projects and urbanísticos that embrace the society as a whole, in the public and private aspects, is not just limited in innovative methodology, or even, in a transitory style. Therefore, it should be the norteador of the urban and social development, through interventions intelligent and socially fair. The results of the work appear won significant for the inhabitants, and also to minimize the impacts in the environment. For that, he/she intended the creation of a reciclagem center and improvement garbage generating employment, income and increasing with innovations the constructive market. It was done necessary the creation of a station of treatment of sanitary sewer in the hangover with the possibility of the deságue in the same or the reutilização of the water in the domestic services. The study still meditated, the use of bottles PET, in which the echo-flagstone was adopted for the project of catwalks and of a square in concrete, that results in the reduction of the costs and of the environmental impacts provoked by the discard of the bottles in the waters. Finally, to soften the current impacts in the spilling of kitchen oil in the waters, it was proposed to the construction of a mini-plant of transformation of the fry oil in biocombustível, making possible the economical development.
