Documentário: a estrada de ferro do Amapá da ascensão à crise

Abstract

This experimental project was developed through the format of a documentary to be presented as a final thesis to the university Federal do Amapá through the Bachelor's degree in Journalism. the documentary titled “Amapá Railroad: from the rise to the crisis”, seeks to demonstrate the golden era in which economic and social development prevailed in the municipalities Santana, Pedra Branca and Serra do Navio, until its decline, when there was a drop from part of the port of Santana in 2013, export activities and disposal of ores stopped, and companies stopped investing in the tracks. The methodology used was an exploratory field research, as this method is extremely importance for the development and collection of information for the production of documentary. It can be said that the objectives were achieved, because the documentary brings visibility to events in the state that are little publicized and that are not there is so much information in books and newspapers.
