Identificação do perfil dos egressos do Curso de Graduação em Secretariado Executivo da Universidade Federal do Amapá

Abstract

The aim of this work was to identify the profile of the Executive Secretariat Course graduates students exits, on as the course is propitiating in learning terms their capacity if they potentiate in a satisfactory way in their attributions, and thus to identify which is the current profile of the Secretariat Course graduates students of the Federal University of Amapá (UNIFAP). As for the methodology, it felt as a case study only with a descriptive approach being used the quantitative and qualitative methods, where the use of two methods is complemented. About the quantitative study, it was used elements of the statistics, as graphs and percentages, while the qualitative method, it was tried to focus the most detailed information of the study object, as the use of subjective questions in the field research. As result, the great development was verified and also a successful progress of many of those that already concluded the course, where it was verified during the research the situation that they are now and observing in many of them that the graduation in the course was a factor in fact relevant and of changes in their lives. As for the problem of the research, it can be concluded that the exits researched students have an appropriate profile in what concerns to the bussiness, because they are in constant development and qualification, seeking to reach the professional accomplishment and the financial stability without they accommodate, therefore those which are already working as secretaries, continue in the search of better training and professional growth
