Projeto arquitetônico de habitação de interesse social e propostas de ampliação para residências do conjunto habitacional Mestre Oscar Santos

Abstract

This paper presents the development of an architectural project of social housing based on Post Occupancy Evaluation Study on " Conjunto Habitacional Mestre Oscar Santos" , located in the neighborhood Boné Azul, in the northern city of Macapá . The methodology was through bibliographical and documentary research and field research with the implementation of the Post- Occupancy Evaluation Method (APO ) . This method was used to obtain the views of users involved in the process of public housing policies , seeking to understand the ways of building production and transformed space. The diagnosis of APO generated the specification guidelines for design architectural proposals for new housing units of social interest as well as the guidelines for the enlargement of existing units , applied to three demands of the residents.
