Resumo

the present article had as objective to analyze the modality of distance learning - EAD. That has become popular and has become popular in our country, from the problems and difficulties that occurred during the course, Lato Senso, philosophy of the Federal University of Amapá. Therefore, this work is: firstly, by the construction of a historical perspective, evidenced the trajectory of the modality of distance learning to the present. In a second moment, an approach is made involving EAD and its technologies as allies in this process of knowledge construction. In a third moment we will deal with the regulatory frameworks that will legitimize the teaching modality for its operation within the legality. At the 4th moment, we are faced with the construction of a dialogue that we call a convergence between Philosophy and EAD, where we highlight the role played by each one in the possibility of the student's autonomy. The 5th moment, we will specifically address the research results, from the questionnaires that were made available, so that the students of the specialization course in Philosophy teaching for high school, responded with respect to the problems and difficulties faced during the course.
