Redesenhos de espaços livres: proposta de integração urbano-ambiental para o bairro Congós

Abstract

The present work presents the problem of the lack of quality in urban design in the Congós neighborhood, inserted in the municipality of Macapá. It is recognized that the urban voids formed in the neighborhood are underutilized public spaces, designed through the dynamics of space, located in an informal area of the city and aims to reveal the potential of using existing spaces. The methodology has four stages: the theoretical revision regarding the subject addressed, the analysis of the cases of references, the empirical characterization of the neighborhood, and finally, the proposed intervention of the free spaces identified. The proposal is the redesign of some identified free areas, which seeks to promote integration, with recreational spaces of ecological quality that contribute to social inclusion.
