Resumo
This research is focused on investigating the influences of Amapa's social movements in the creation of the Licenciatura em Educação do Campo - LEDOC/UNIFAP, developed by the Federal University of Amapá. The methodology used was documentary research for the historical and conceptual basis, where theoretical discussions involving authors such as Hage (2014), Costa (2016), Molina (2013), Gohn (2008) among others were considered, as well as official documents of the Federal University of Amapá, such as the Pedagogical Project of LEDOC/UNIFAP and the edict for the creation of the course. The method used is the historical-dialectical materialism, for understanding that it contributes significantly to the comprehension of the object under discussion, because to discuss rural education is to look under the light of the class struggle and the perspective of resistance of rural people for the right to public policies of access to education. Regarding the aspects of qualitative research we are anchored in Flick (2004), Cury (1986), Saviani (2015) to provide theoretical support. The LEDOC/UNIFAP was established through a project approved through the notice MEC/SECADI No. 12/2012, even though it was one of the last courses of this nature to be implemented in the country, has been offering since 2012 to the people of Amapa countryside, the right and access to higher education in the field in Amapá through the degree course in Education in the Field with emphasis on Agricultural Sciences and Biology, which considered the listening of various public agencies, social movements and researchers, where the campus was installed: EMBRAPA, Secretary of Rural Development - SDR, Amapá Rural Development Institute - RURAP, the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform - INCRA, the Secretary of State for Education-SEED, Network of Associations of Family Schools of Amapá- RAEFAP, Central Workers Only - CUT, Federation of Workers and Women Workers in Agriculture of Amapá-FETTAGRAP, Collegiate of Pedagogy, Coordination of Teaching and Graduation of UNIFAP (AMAPÁ, 2017). The meetings have taken place since 2008, indicating the need for access to higher education for rural Amapa people, especially in the areas of Agricultural Sciences and Biology, but that they should consider the professional needs and interests of the subjects in their localities. In this sense, this research has identified the fundamental role of the social movements of the field for the implementation of policies of access to rural education in Amapanese territory, by the perspective of political struggle for the right to education in their place, respecting their knowledge, their life and space, especially in Amapanese Amazonia, which has been consolidated with the creation of LEDOC/UNIFAP
