Resumo

Higher education undergraduate courses need to be evaluated according to several criteria, including the view of graduates regarding their training processes, aiming at improving the organization and planning of teaching, so that this can contribute positively to the teaching-learning of students. The egresses have an indispensable participation in the face of academic and professional ownership for participating in educational evaluation. The objective of the research was to analyze the perception of egresses of the Pharmacy course of UNIFAP about the formation process and factors that influenced it. This is an exploratory study, characterized in a transversal, descriptive and analytical aspect. To carry out the research, a questionnaire was prepared about the process of academic training in the Pharmacy course of UNIFAP, composed of 51 questions structured in domains and a space for suggestions for improvement and its application was made with graduates from the year 2010, via face-to-face or Google Forms. The research instrument was validated by academics, judges and graduates, with application of the Kappa test and acceptability of suggestions. The validation of the questionnaire enabled it to be reproducible for use in future research and evaluation of graduates of the Pharmacy course, using criteria evaluated by the MEC in training (Didactic-Pedagogical Organization; Faculty and Tutorial Body; Infrastructure). The professional axis of Health Care is considered by the graduates to be the most useful for the pharmaceutical professional activity and the most lacking in the Pharmacy course at UNIFAP, justified by the context in which the professionals find themselves. In addition, the professors were evaluated with a high degree of knowledge not contemplated by the didactics developed in the classes, with the need for improvements in some aspects of teaching. The statistical tests of Multiple Logistic Regression and Contingency Coefficient C showed possible influences and the correlation between some analyzed variables, which were applied. Nostalgia and attachment stand out as factors that can be influential in assessing the degree of satisfaction with the course completed in Pharmacy at UNIFAP, for professional training
