O perfil do profissional de Secretariado Executivo: competências em decorrência da globalização

Abstract

It is known that the professional profile of the Executive Secretary is being changed, because of the great phenomena that occurred with the advent of globalization. It made the market more competitive and demanded professionals with more dynamism at work concerned with your own career and space, and these professionals continue to hone their profile according to market changes. In this sense, this work aims to present the history of the profession and the changes that have occurred over the years in profile, focusing on the most important competencies that have been developed by the trader to continue being absorbed by the labor market. During this study was observed small differences with regard to how the competences whose form the Pedagogical Project of the Executive Secretary Course which is based on the Curriculum Guidelines, are not considered in its entirety as the nuclear in according to researches from the perspective of academic or professional. It means that there is a difference in what you learn in theory within the university, in stage, Junior Company or activities and projects offered by the institution and the application within the organizational environment
