Direito ao corpo: um recorte histórico social sobre o discurso da descriminalização do aborto e seus reflexos em Macapá

Abstract

The issue of abortion is at the center of an intense discussion present in Brazil, especially with the imminence of its decriminalization, which creates a conflict of ideas involving various religious and ideological spheres, the question alluded to this work questions how to define influences of political and ideological on the issue of abortion, but in reality macapaense precisely, for this it is necessary to approach about the criminalization process and its effects on society, and how the topic is discussed in the context of social movements feminists, who raise the discussion of the right to defend that body and the decriminalization of abortion, for it is necessary also a data collection that portrays the problematic situation in Macapa, aiming to achieve a basis for future discussions.
