Resumo
To propose a technological instrument to assist in the life and health habits of family caregivers. Methods: Descriptive, exploratory study of quantitative approach. Participants were family caregivers of Parkinson's and / or Alzheimer's patients from the REVIVER project of the Federal University of Amapá. Two instruments wereused for data collection: the IBGE Adapted Questionnaire and WHOQOL-BREF. The collected data were tabulated in Excel and analyzed using the SPSS software. The technological proposal involved the presentation of a prototype composed of videos developed in four stages: 1) Application of questionnaires; 2) Planning and script of the audiovisual instrument; 3) Definition of production space; 4) Final Edition. Results: 25 family caregivers participated in the study, the majority women (80%), over 50 years old (80%), with family income up to 3 minimum wages (60%). The considered domains of life were the performance of daily physical activities, performance for work, sleep and rest and the caregivers presented frequency of negative thoughts. Based on the profile collected in this study, we opted for the audiovisual methodological proposal. Conclusion: The proposed instrument aims to facilitate access to information using didactic content and provide propositions to minimize the adversities faced by caregivers.
