Resumo
This memorial describes the production of a book-report that recounts the blackout
period in Amapá, during which, for approximately 22 days, 13 municipalities in the state
suffered from power outages and electricity rationing. The theoretical foundation of this work
draws on references such as Edvaldo Pereira Lima, Nilson Lage, and Ana Maria Athayde Polke
to justify the relevance of the project. The journalistic product presented here brings together
not only a selection of key events that led to the blackout but also a series of testimonies from
previously anonymous and unconnected citizens of Amapá, who share a common experience
during the energy crisis. The methodology of this work focuses on the following qualitative
approaches: bibliographic research for the memorial and interviews as the primary method for
the product. The justification for this project lies in preserving the account of this negative
milestone in the history of Amapá, primarily by giving direct voice to those who experienced
the hardships of a time that deeply affected an entire population.
