Relações de trabalho e o ensino de sociologia: um estudo sobre o trabalho do docente de sociologia na Escola Estadual José do Patrocínio, Macapá-AP

Abstract

This study aims to carry out a study on the work scenario of the sociology teacher, as a worker, from the State School José do Patrocínio, Fazendinha, Macapá-AP. In view of the fact that the most diverse perspectives on labor relations present multiple complexities, especially in institutions permeated by expressive elements such as hierarchies and power relations, such as the school institution. In this sense, the research was carried out at the José do Patrocínio State School (JP), which is linked to the Amapá State Secretariat of Education (SEED-AP), of the State Government of Amapá (GEA) and is located in Fazendinha district , belonging to the city of Macapá-AP. Thus, the research sought to analyze and understand the work scenario of teachers of sociology and its unfolding from the analysis of the perspectives and demands presented by teachers as agents and social actors of great prominence in the school and educational environment. We are, therefore, facing an important category of sociological analysis, since through this study, fundamental sociological concepts and their problematizations will be presented, such as the concepts of Work and Sociology. The methodology used in this work was the qualitative research, with great emphasis for the resources made possible by the application of questionnaires addressed to teachers teaching sociology in the school environment. In this sense, we seek to present the work scenario of the sociology teacher and its unfolding from the field research carried out at the José do Patrocínio State School, Fazendinha, Macapá-AP.
