Casa evolutiva: perspectiva de melhoria através da assistência técnica para habitações de interesse social

Resumo

Brazil has 85% of its constructors performing works without any type of technical assistance and with that, problems of constructive and planning nature cause dissatisfaction to the user. Thus, this work aims to raise the difficulties of selfconstruction in case studies and propose means that enable decent housing. We used in this study sources aimed at housing of social interest with special emphasis on the law that offers gratuity in the technical service provided to low-income people, Law 11888/08. In addition, we sought to understand the relevance of selfconstruction for the development of the city. To give an answer as to how technical assistance could help low-income people to have decent housing, and then contribute to the reduction of the rate of self-construction, work was done to explore assisted self-construction. We analyzed the technology of reinforced concrete and flexible house. In the first, through the structural system in reinforced concrete that delimited and consolidated the architectural design. In the second concept, it is suggested that, from an embryo house, it can be developed through the constructive steps, which were previously planned in the project until the final conclusion. Based on a qualitative research carried out in self-built houses in the Bairro Renascer II, it is possible to propose a house of horizontal and vertical evolution, with technical elaboration and execution free of charge, with a simple and easy to use technology, using the concept of flexibility , which over time can provide the completion of the expected home.
