Resumo

The use of ergogenic resources, such as food supplements and anabolic steroids, has increased greatly in recent years, due to the great demand for a socially accepted body. socially accepted body, understanding the chemical composition of these resources and how they affect health can be the key to finding a suitable dietary supplement. supplement. Education, through knowledge of chemistry, can be a guiding in the regular use of appropriate resources, given that in today's society young people are more likely to are more likely to use these resources irreg ularly.
