Projeto arquitetônico de uma residência unifamiliar com princípios sustentáveis

Abstract

The present project aims to approach the conceptions pertinent to the preparation of buildings with sustainable principles, aiming to elaborate a residential project that fits the LEED evaluation criteria. This research aims to generate new information and subsidies that will add up to the discussion about sustainability in our region, because we live in one of the most preserved states of the country, but its population still has little knowledge about sustainable constructions. In this sense, this project proposes to initiate the process of research and design of an architectural project of a single-family residence based on the principles of sustainability. Demonstrating how the process of elaborating these constructions gives the parameters to be followed and the advantages of a sustainable building.
