Variação espaço-sazonal da qualidade da água: subsídio à criação de peixes em tanques redes no baixo Matapi-Amapá-Brasil

Abstract

This search is part of the work and development project called "Technologies for Production of Tambaqui in Cage Systems-TecRede". The fish in cages is an activity whose success depends, largely, the water quality (WQ) of the environment where the activity develops. The general objective of this work was to study the variation spatial-seasonal of WQ in a restricted area (downstream, cages and amount) of the Matapi-AP river influenced by cultivation of fish in cages. The observation´s period was divided it into 6 sampling campaigns in the months from March/2015 to December/2015. The restricted stretch of study comprised 20 km near the mouth ≈ the Matapi AP river basin. At this site occurs in cages fish farming activities close to the right bank of the river. The second collection point located ≈ 6 km the amountof the point of the fish cages and the third point to ≈ 9 km downstream of the point of fish farming cages. Spatially, despite the point ptm (amount) find itself closer to the cages (ptt), there was greater correlation (r2 = 0.85) between the points ptt x ptj (9 km distant from each other) than ptt x ptm (r2 = 0.65) (6.0 km distant from each other). The most significant environmental impacts on the WQ occurred mainly in specific periods (April), the flood tides, being influenced by period or "Date" and phase of the tide -"Trat”, especially close to the critical location (ptt – cages). There is existence of various factors that contributes to the WQ both along the stretch of the river Matapi as apart from this excerpt. That is, it is concluded that the QA is appreciably affected by factors outside the influence of the cultivation of fish in cages especially the pollution history of the basin upstream and downstream of the specific passage, especially urban growth, port handling and Santana Industrial District, whose waters flow by tidal influence of the Amazonas river
