Resumo

The present article has for objective to analyze the impacts of the work conditions in practice teacher in the initial series in the schools of the municipal district of Macapá. The field research was accomplished by sampling in the following schools: Municipal school of Teaching Fundamental Seed (Bairro Jesus of Nazareth); Municipal School of Fundamental Teaching Vera Lúcia Piñon (Neighborhood Infraero II); Municipal School of Fundamental Teaching Hildemar Maia (Neighborhood of the Train) and Municipal School of Teaching Fundamental Paradise of the Acacias (Neighborhood of Muca), located in the areas North and South of the Municipal district of Macapá, respectively; he/she tried to analyze as the researched schools were being affected in practice teacher as a consequence of the productive restructuring of the work. The qualitative method was used, tends as instrument the entrevista. Os results point that the work conditions interfere in practice teacher through the physical structure that the schools present; in relation to the didactic material, to the learning atmospheres, standing out the overcrowding of the classrooms, the community's participation in the life of the school. The professional depreciation was observed to the teachers, from his/her initial formation to his/her low remuneration, with influence in his/her self-esteem and his/her professional identity.
