Complexo portuário de turismo de apoio: uma proposta para a cidade de Macapá - AP

Abstract

The international nautical tourism has contributed to the growth of the tourism sector in Brazil, since Brazil has shoreline and watershed with extensions favorable for inland shipping. The Amazon is included in the international cruise itineraries, with obligatory stop in the Amapá coast, more precisely in the city of Santana, to carry out the customs inspection process, the Federal Police, among other services. However, tourists are faced with the lack of adequate port infrastructure that includes a secure transshipment logistics and reduced mobility to the sights of Macapá. Resolution No. 3290 of February 13, 2014 by the National Agency of Waterway Transportation - ANTAQ, represents a milestone for better planning and management from pre-established criteria, so the resolution regulating the tourism sector with the main instrument, Setup port Tourism - IPTur. It is from the regulatory and systemic assumptions that will make a relevant approach to tourism versus the port infrastructure in the city of Macapá, so that there is the integration of a harmonic space with the tourist needs. The main objective of this work is to develop an architectural design Tourism Port Facility - IPTur Support under the tourist approach to service cruise ships, identifying the tourist potential, environmental sustainability and outline the most favorable tourist integrating the region. Overall procedure of this work to exploratory research was chosen due to the limited knowledge on the subject and the literature review has revealed few works and national articles and some international documents related to the subject. So the study can be said to be descriptive, because, use search features of opinion through decentralized interviews with researchers of the study area. Together with this initial part, if adopt participatory research using methods of data collection through interviews with practical and specialists in port and tourist area, so as to meet, record and describe the current condition of the tourist port infrastructure in the state. The implementation of the terminal aims to enhance the use of the waterway mode and contribute to the development of the region.
