Resumo
The Mosquitos play an important role in the transmission of diseases such as malaria, dengue, chikungunya, Zika virus and filariose that cause a high rate of morbidity and mortality in human populations around the world, especially in subtropical countries. This study it had as objective to to perform chemical study, predictions in silico ADME/Tox properties and larvicide activity of the essential oil of root philodendron deflexum Poepp. Ex Shott on Aedes aegypti and Anopheles albirtasis. ADME/Tox predictions had been made for identified majority composites in the oil comparing with the commercial compositions Temefós, such predictions had been: human intestinal absorption, cellular permeability in vitro Caco-2, cellular permeability in Maden Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK), skin permeability, plasma proteins linking and penetration of the blood brain barrier and toxicology as: mutagenicity and carcinogenicity using the server online PreADMET. The extration of oil P. deflexum was made by means of the technique of hydro distillation in modified Clevenger system. The identification of substances gifts in the essential oil was made by connected gaseous chromatography to the spectrometry of mass GC/MS The larvae of Ae. aegypti, and of used Anopheles albitarsis s.l in the experiments, had been deriving of the Insectariums of the Laboratory of Arthropoda of the Universidade Federal do Amapá.. The bioassays of the larvicida activity had followed the protocol standard praised by the World-wide Organization of the Health. The concentrations tested for both to the species of mosquuitos had been: 20, 40, 80, 100, 120 ppm. The control was constituted of distilled water and s experiments had been carried through in third copies. Our results allowed identifying 41 constituent, being that majority composites had been the following ones: β-Bisabolene, Limonene, Undecanol, (-)-Isoledene, α-Copaene, butyl acetate butirila, β-Caryophilene, m-Cymene, β-Selinene. Composites 4, 5 and 6 had presented resulted satisfactory in comparison with temefós possessing good resulted ADME/Tox, being able to be used with action, however more studies need to be made to evaluate its action, toxicity and potential topical use. The bioassays of the larvicide activity had been carried through with concentrations 20, 40, 80,100 and 120 ppm for both to the species of mosquitos. The essential oil of P. deflexum showed a potential larvicide against the species tested for An. Albirtasis this sensitivity was (CL50=78,28ppm; CL90=123,53ppm) in 24 h and (CL50=75,37ppm; CL90=115,10ppm) in 48h, And for Ae. Aegypti was by (Cl50 = 86,34 – CL90 130,55 ppm) in 24 h and Cl50 = 80, 96 – Cl90 = 121, 13 ppm) in 48 h. These results suggest that the species studied presented a good potential for the development of a new agent for vector control of mosquitoes of these genera, however more studies are needed to confirm this activity
