Estudo exploratório da radiodifusão comunitária no Amapá na perspectiva do marco regulatório brasileiro para o setor

Abstract

This research has as main objective to analyze the community radios existing in the amapaense region, verifying their role as a policy democratization of information and socialization of content in the context in which they are inserted. Therefore, were used as an object of empirical study to community radios with operating authorization and the object of study was to understand the dynamics and operating dimensions of radios in the perspective of the regulatory framework for the sector. In this sense, a bibliographic research was done with renowned experts, conceptualizing communities, reporting the historicity of national and Latin-American community broadcasting, as well as the regulatory framework, the current legislation, its progress and difficulties. To arrive at the results, interviews were conducted throughout the process, granted by persons acting within the community broadcasting sector in the State of Amapá, representatives of the Tartarugalzinho FM, Amapá FM, Laranjal FM, Itaubal FM, Calçoene FM, Liberta Bailique, Onda Livre and Novo Tempo radios. In this way, it was concluded that community legislation influences the inadequacy of vehicles to the reality of communities. In addition, when analyzing the interviews of the radios representatives, it was found that vehicle autonomy suffers from legal, structural and external group pressures.
