Resumo
The main objective of this study is to understand how the Pedagogical debate on Sexual Diversity is approached in the Pedagogy degree course of the National Basic Education Teacher Training Plan - PARFOR at the Amapá State University (UEAP). Taking into account the experience that graduates of this program have in basic education, the following research problem emerges: how has the training provided by PARFOR helped graduates of the Pedagogy course to understand the issue of sexual diversity and the fight against LGBTQIA+phobia in education? The methodological path is based on two moments: one of a bibliographic nature, to support the directions of the analytical outline, taking into account the analysis of official documents such as the PPC of the PARFOR Pedagogy course, and another of an empirical nature, based on the perspective of qualitative research, carried out in the field research stage, through the collection of narratives from graduates of the course and the HEI investigated. The aim was to verify, through their narratives, their perspectives on the issue of sexual diversity and the fight against LGBTQIA+phobia. To analyze the interviews, this research was based on the field of Dialectical, which provided a critical analysis of the social process and the process of knowledge expressed in the language of the interviewees, in an attempt to understand how they perceive themselves and are part of the fight against LGBTQIA+phobia in education in Amapá
