A ótica de profissionais da atenção primária à saúde sobre a utilização do e-SUS: reflexões à luz da bioética

Abstract

With the implementation of health information systems, the work process of health professionals was significantly modified, raising different perceptions about the new system, called e-SUS AB. The study aimed to analyze the weaknesses, strengths and bioethical implications of using the e-SUS AB. This is an exploratory descriptive study, carried out in a Basic Health Unit (UBS) in the city of Macapá, in the months of March and April 2023. The participants were 10 health professionals, including nurses, nursing technicians and community health agents. health, linked to Family Health Strategy (ESF) teams that use the e-SUS AB in their daily lives. To record each interview, a form with socioeconomic data, a semi-structured interview script and a recorder were used to record the interview and later transcribe and analyze it, using Bardin's Content Analysis technique. The analysis of the speeches enabled the generation of seven codes, from which 3 categories were identified, namely: Process of implementation of the e-SUS AB system, Difficulties and challenges in using the e-SUS AB system from the perspective of the health professional, Bioethical reflections in the context of health workers who use the e-SUS AB. The interviews carried out provided a better understanding of the perspective of professionals who use the e-SUS AB, strengthening the understanding of the new technologies implemented by the Ministry of Health.
