A política habitacional na baixada do Ambrósio no município de Santana nos dias atuais

Abstract

The present research has as theme the housing policy at the Baixada do Ambrosio located at Santana City now days. The first chapter makes a historical track of the housing evolution, lights up the way through out the man starts the sedentary lifestyle, and the way how the Capitalism System hath contributed for the cities rising, as well as for the commerce expansion. Still explain the evolution process of the housing system at Brazil's Colonization period and in the republic, features the regular slaves housing in its strong contrast with the "big house", it focuses on the way they used to share the lands, whem it was not considered as goods, and reports what happened aftwards the Law of Lands on 1850. It's about the housing policys regulations implemeted in Brazil from different governments due to cities growth, as well as the regulations fowarded to the Amazonia, regarding the State of Amapá, as well as Santana city where is located the town subject of this research. This work has as goal, to understand the very beginning, the effective stablishment of the Baixada do Ambrósio as well as the using and occupation of this space, overmakes an historical annalysis of the now days lack of appropriate houses for that place dwellers, this also exposes if there is a housing policy effectively at Baixada do Ambrósio, making clear whether the State is acting or not, through picking up samples inside the place under research wihich we also noticed the conditions of infrastructure of the access roads, as well as the distribution of the collective consumption services. For that we used, bibliographical research, federal and state governmental web sights, as well as, Assistential and Work City Hall Department - SEMAST documents surveys, City Hall Building Dept – SEMOB, City Hall Housing Dept - SEMDH. Among other, and in order to evince the actions of the Government inside the location under research, it was need a research which target was to annalyse the infrastructure general conditions, as well as the using and distribution of the collective consumption services.
