As diversas funções exercidas pelo profissional de secretariado em Macapá: um estudo exploratório

Abstract

This work has as its theme " The Changing Offices Held At Secretariat Professional in Macapá State of Amapá: An Exploratory Study. With the objective to identify the functions that exist in Companies and Public Institutions Amapaense the Executive Secretary may exercise. A panel containing Companies Public Sector, Private Sector and Mixed Economy has been set. Through this study, we observed considerable evolution of the profession to the present day and, consequently, the expansion of activities and functions performed by the Secretary. With this advance, the professional has become a problem solver through their participation in decision-making ahead of the company, becoming a professional with multiple functions, thereby developing their potential and enabling them to creatively.
