A logística de suporte e a cadeia de valor do pescado no município de Santana/AP

Abstract

The logistics involved in the production chain of artisanal fisheries is a subject that has been little studied in Brazil, as is the lack of information on the functioning of the fish value chain. This statement is present in the municipality of Santana/AP where artisanal fishing is a traditional activity. Thus, in order to understand the current scenario of artisanal fishing in that municipality and in order to contribute to the improvement of the sector's performance, this study seeks to map the artisanal fishing value chain aimed at capturing fish carried out by artisanal fishermen and analyze , from its logistical support structure, the stages of the productive segments that constitute it having as a starting point and methodological basis in a conceptual structure, mapping the market as basic content for the assembly of the value chain. As a main result, we seek to map the value chain of artisanal fish fishing carried out in this place, highlighting its actors and their respective phases of action in the production structure of this chain, characterizing the commercialization and negotiation system of production, the levels of income of the actors involved and identifying structures and logistical services to support the productive process in the economic activity of fishing, as well as a computerized system with network support for production data releases and calculation of quantities produced in certain periods of the year.
