O direito de imagem no webjornalismo na cidade de Macapá

Abstract

The present work has as objective to deal with the right of image in the webjournalism, having as basis the laws regarding the right of image and the right of human personality present in the Federal Constitution and in the Civil Code. In addition to showing the Code of Ethics of Journalists, discussing the importance of ethics in the profession of journalists, when creating their stories and in the selection of photographs that will be used to follow the news stories. Sensationalism will also be evidenced, for in most cases they are violating some rule or law, and largely injuring the honor or image commonly found in police notebooks. The study was based on a descriptive methodology, with the application of a questionnaire to journalists and a case study on a crime occurred in the year 2016. This work will be directed to students of law and journalism and it is hoped to contribute in the academic formation of both, generating debates and a more comprehensive awareness on the subject.
