Resumo

In the search for new nanotechnologies, research is being carried out to develop nanomaterials for use in various areas. Currently, metallic nanoparticles, such as NPAg and FeNP, are being studied extensively as alternatives for application in medicine, pharmacology, agriculture, biotechnology, among others. There are various methods for obtaining these nanomaterials, including the biological method, which uses microorganisms such as filamentous fungi to biosynthesize metal nanoparticles, making the production process easier and cheaper. In view of this, this research aims to use fungi from Amazonian environments of the species Penicillium rolfsil and Talaromyces verruculosus isolated from the soil of Amazonian environments, for the biosynthesis of FeNP NPAg's, respectively. The nanoparticles obtained were characterized by UV-Vis and TEM spectroscopy. For NPAg, the absorption band was obtained in the region of 270 nm and in the TEM analysis, a nanoparticle size ranging from 25-10 nm was observed. For FeNPs, maximum absorption bands were obtained at 228 nm, with nanoparticle sizes ranging from 180-40 nm in the TEM. Therefore, there was a huge capacity to biosynthesize FeNP and NPAg by fungi isolated from Amazonian environments
