Resumo

In this research work will be submitted to the importance of interpersonal relationship and work in teams in the National Service of Commercial Apprenticeship – SENACAP. And aims to detect the cause major difficulties in the relationship between professionals of the same company; show possible solutions through studies, findings and conclusions show that such facts. Organizations need people with professional knowledge acquired through specific training. Not only in the technical area as emotional on the field. So they will be able to handle various situations in the workplace and come out with positive results. Any company seeking the goal successfully, so I know that any work - as will woodcock that opinion - and trinados requires professionals trained to perform them effectively. These officials meet in a group and each has distinct tasks, but with the same goal. Therefore, the success of each group realized the success of the work as a whole. And therefore the result will reflect in directly on the image of that company. It is observed in this work of research, as a human being endowed with different feelings and emotions can keep in your professional goal in a certain period of time, together with other professionals so unique about him. Thus, it was investigated the ability of relationship that each individual has within a professional environment. What can really be difficult. They interact at times considered quiet or troubled and how it reflects the company's productivity. The results suggest that the way to deal with individual differences creates a climate of competitiveness between the people and has strong influence positively or negatively on the entire life of a group. Mainly in the processes of entrepreneurial behavior and productivity. For trying to search based on theoretical Moscovici, Rodriguez Garcia, Rogers, Bergamini and Chang due to understand that the climate of interpersonal relationships and group influence each other, making the working environment in pleasant and stimulating.
