Resumo

One of the objectives of architecture is to provide a good relationship between the human being and his dwelling, in turn, housing with the environment in which he is, this work aims to present a proposal for housing a single-family riverside residence, based on environmental comfort strategies, to provide a better experience with the Amazonian environment, along with the well-being of the users of the residence added to the architecture of high energy performance. Also added to this is the photovoltaic system of electricity generation, a factor that in recent years has been increasingly present in human life worldwide, thus, it is impossible to ignore it in this work, nor can we fail to take into account the socioeconomic and cultural factors of the riverside region and/ or remote communities inserted in the Amazon. The methods used to obtain the information and data to carry out this work were the field research on site in the furo-seco riverside community, to photograph and to collect the necessary information, interview with riverines, research in bibliographic material and sources of specialists, the use of guidelines for residences as standards and certifications being NBR 1.5220 – 3, NBR 15,575 -1, RTQ-R and NBR7.190, the use of the CSTB thermal forecast calculation base (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Batiment — paris) the latter was better applicable because it took into account the climatic data available in the region and the behavior of the materials chosen in the building, thus obtaining results that proved satisfactory for the good performance of the residence , with emphasis on the environments of prolonged permanence, these being the rooms, culminating in the reduction of the internal final temperature, thus offering for the users of the house a better environment without the use of refrigeration systems, added this to the use of architectural strategies such as solar orientation, cross ventilation in the environments, choice of adequate coverage for the region, choice of the best format for the residence as a whole, as well as the use of the regional language of the ribeirinha vernacular architecture.
