A política pública de patrimônio cultural no Estado do Amapá

Abstract

This work presents a study on The Policy of Cultural Patrimony in the state of Amapá, located on the north the Brazil doing the border with Pará and the border with Suriname and French Guyana. The research was carried out through the investigative method with survey and analysis the legislation, projects and actions in the face of the cultural patrimony of the state. Thus, the objective was to identify what the concept of patrimony in the policy of "preservation" of culture in the state of Amapá and defined what “cultural patrimony”, which instruments, projects and actions was constitute by public policy focused on preservation of patrimony, which good and objects outlined in the patrimony policy?. The study revealed that although conceptual advances, even if you have a static conception of culture, whose determined choice of cultural good while patrimony happen through valorous criteron, guided by a nationalist ideology.
