Proposta de revitalização: orla do Perpétuo Socorro

Abstract

This work consists of the study about the area belonging to the edge of the Perpetuo Socorro neighborhood, in the city of Macapá, it is a coastal area of the city bathed by the Amazon river where residential use is predominant, through on-site visits, ca be considered that it is in the process of abandonment due to factors such as public security, damaged physical structure, urban sanitation and poor use of public space. In order to better understand the dynamics of space, theoretical studies were carried out on the subjects free spaces green infrastructure and urban borders, and afterwards, after analyzing the problems encountered, elaborated the intervention proposal thinking about meeting the local need. This work is based on the importance of the maintenance of the public space and avoids that spaces with potential attractiveness fall into disuse and eventually affect the dynamics of the neighborhood, as well as seek to strengthen the relationship of society with the river.
