A profissão de secretário executivo no mercado de trabalho do município de Macapá: profissão em ascensão ou extinção?

Abstract

This paper is a analysis about the graduation requirement of the Executive Secretariat in public and private organizations in the city of Macapa. Considering the historical-social state, the municipality, after the implementation of ALCMS, experienced moments of constant changes in the labor market, resulting in possibilities about the future of each profession. Professional Executive Secretariat part of this context, mainly by not recognizing their specific while area. Thus, we intend to investigate the actual situation of the Executive Secretary of Amapa, assumig the possibility of the profession to be rising or extinction in the labor market defined. Despite the significant presence of Executive Secretaries in public service opportunities for integration into the labor market are insufficient for the large number of professionals available especially in the private sector. It is necessary, above all, stimulating the development of the state, especially through initiativies corporate and/or industrial, major employers of Executive Secretaries sources.
