Estudo sobre a realidade dos trabalhadores do sindicato dos servidores públicos federais e civis – SINDSEP na cidade de Macapá-AP, no período de 2011

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify efficiency or deficiency in union representation in their union. Well, in this sense the research was conducted through field work and literature, it is qualitative, as it was considered necessary to know the beliefs and attitudes of the participants, as well as from the whole to the individual, and from a quantitative hypotheses and to be long, historical data was also used, and it is worth noting that the research was individual and used primary and secondary sources, from non-participant observation, as well as application of open and closed forms. The research was developed within the union structure in Macapa. Thus, it was intended to reach the servers and the managers that make up the SINDSEP, and know the category in question has been a satisfaction on the part of all before performance and attitude of the union in fighting for their rights. Thus, it is expected that this research is very relevant, both to increase knowledge in the personal as well as for possible future uses and the scientific field. Thus, it can be said that the results were good, as confirmed the hypotheses suggested, not 100% at all, but at least some of them could be confirmed. Thus, we conclude that the union has served as a private benefit for many beginning with the members, and not in favor of a whole and aims to unionism, and this is one of the reasons which have led unionism in Macapa not be well seen.
