Motivação: uma análise da satisfação dos funcionários da secretaria de planejamento no desenvolvimento de suas atividades diárias

Abstract

This work had as objective, to investigate the level of employee satisfaction of the Planning Secretariat in order to understand if there is concern of the institution to maintain staff motivation and working with their employees. For this, we used two types of research, the literature, which served to deepen our knowledge of the subject and the second, which was the field research, where we applied questionnaires, the answers of the interviewees used for the analysis presented in this . The work was very important to our training, because through it had to opportunity to observe the non-impairment of the organ investigated with the motivation of the officials there provide their professional activities, ie, even though most employees have stated in one of the questions that have an excellent relationship with the administration, this result may not match the reality, because there are as many contract employees, they may have missed the truth for fear of reprisals. Because the subject matter, reading this may be important for scholars of Directors, Executive Secretariat, and others who work in administration.
