O trabalho infantil no município de Santana - AP

Abstract

The fight against child labor has generated several discussions between illegal acts in the Brazilian context, especially the existing bond. According to the International Labor Organization - ILO, UNICEF and other international actors have proposed that children under 14 years of age must be entered exclusively to school. In this sense, it is necessary to public policy actions developed in the spheres: Federal, state and municipal governments to enable a strong orientation and strengthening the service network and local social programs. Thus the present article aims to outline an analysis of child labor in the municipality of Santana / AP, taking into account geographical, economic and legal information, as well as systematize these indicators this exploitative practice, considering national and international laws specific to the eradication this labor involving children and adolescents who sometimes early fall in the labor market having their rights routinely ignored. In addition, we seek to understand which measures in accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents - ECA are being performed and / or implanted in the state of Amapá with the Guardianship Council of the Municipality in order to have a systematic study of this problem that plaguing Amapaense society and that this work can serve as source for new studies.
