dc.description.abstractThe fulfilled inquiry is a contribution through at demographic study, when the combat is focusing to sexual commercial exploration to the violence for the society, on behalf of the Child and the Adolescent in the City of Laranjal do Jarí, he has seen that this problematics is due to the fact that there are factors inherent in the omission and the cumplicity for the family and society in denouncing the crime of sexual violence. This study is based on literatures and relevant field work to the subject, on the Federal Constitution, on the Statute of the Child and of the Adolescent and legal attourney. Leaving from the beginning of doing to him some directments so that the society is moved, being mobilized, doing reflection. Becoming aware of the importance of denouncing cases of sexual commercial exploration of children and adolescents, aiming to fight the violence in the statistic of the local authority, since the universe of the inquiry happens in the city of Laranjal do Jarí, in the period of 2008 to the 1st semester of 2010 and includes children and adolescents.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA pesquisa realizada é uma contribuição através de estudo demográfico, focalizando a exploração sexual comercial o combate à violência pela sociedade, em favor da Criança e do Adolescente na Cidade de Laranjal do Jarí, haja vista que esta problemática deve-se ao fato de que existem fatores inerentes à omissão e a cumplicidade pela família e sociedade em denunciar o crime de violência sexual. Esse estudo baseia-se em literaturas e pesquisa de campo pertinente ao tema, na Constituição Federal, no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente e jurisprudências. Partindo do princípio de se fazer alguns direcionamentos para que a sociedade se sensibilize, mobilizando-se, fazendo reflexão. Conscientizando-se da importância de denunciar casos de exploração sexual comercial de crianças e adolescentes, visando combater a violência na estatística do município, pois o universo da pesquisa realizase na cidade de Laranjal do Jarí, no período de 2008 ao 1º semestre de 2010 e abrange crianças e adolescentes.pt_BR
