A funcionalidade das técnicas secretariais nas micro e pequenas empresas de construção civil na cidade de Macapá-AP

Abstract

This research aims to address the functionality of secretarial techniques within the civil construction companies in Macapá city, Amapá state, Brazil, in order to verify its importance for routine work. The study seeks to answer the following question: How secretarial techniques are being developed by professionals from different areas in the construction segment in the city of Macapá - AP? One of the justifications of this work is anchored in the fact that, currently, can be found that there were professionals from different areas working largely in this segment. Furthermore, there is also increasing and it is thus allowing the heating of the local economy. The work we used the methodology based on qualitative research and also a literature. For data collection was carried out a field survey and a questionnaire with 13 closed questions directed to 20 companies. Among the results obtained with this research it was confirmed that there Secretariat professionals working in these companies. Of course, because of lack of specific training, the quality of secretarial services are disadvantaged
