Proposta arquitetônica e urbanística para o trapiche Eliezer Levy

Abstract

The Sustainable Development Integrated Development Plan - PDITS has as main focus the participative management between managers and community to reach the sustainable tourism, considering its extension intends to realize a project of use and occupation of the Eliezer Levy Footbridge by its importance for the city of Macapá. About the methodology, the research is configured as historical and dialectical, conducting an investigation about the past of the object of study, so that an architectural proposal can be constructed aiming in a harmonious way to elucidate the history of the footbridge and the contemplation of the Amazon River. In order to complement the studies, an analysis of the municipal and institutional urban plans of the city was carried out from 1959 to 2010, as well as studies on urban planning for cities/municipalities, which is part of the proposal of this work. The purpose of the urban development project is to integrate the most relevant equipment in the surroundings of Trapiche Eliezer Levi, which makes this project more valuable and of great importance for architecture and society of Amapá. The results obtained during this work showed that the plans previously created for the urban planning of the city of Macapá were not successful due to the non-participation of the society in its process of creation and performance and the use of the tools that were available due to lack of public management. Therefore, we intend to create this architectural and urbanistic project for Trapiche Eliezer Levi, not only the participation of society, but also of all the actors involved in the process of improving public spaces.
