Assessoria de imprensa sindical e o uso do facebook: análise da comunicação da união geral dos trabalhadores no estado do Amapá

Abstract

The present work of conclusion of course is to argue on theories regarding unionism, the press office and its functions and the use of Facebook, for the union communication of the General Union of Workers in Amapá - UGT / AP. To this end, field surveys were carried out in various organs and places of the capital, with several workers from the public and private sector, regarding union communication, actions and activities of the unions, with the worker and the interviews with the UGT leaders, on its communication and image, its members and the public. Based on the collected data, a monograph was developed, as a way of demonstrate the problems diagnosed in the context of the trade union communication of the General Union of Workers.
