Condicionamentos sociais e políticos que interferem nas novas configurações familiares: união homoafetiva uma entidade familiar?

Abstract

By means of the changes of interpretation of the familiar standard, familiar arrangements are perceived in the diverse scene contemporary, much even so persist a vision conservative who influences the society. The familiar formation of the present time more is not based only on the sanguineous bow, but yes in the affectivity; however, still cause queerness socially a familiar entity consisting by homosexuals. The present monograph, is considered to analyze the family, presenting its traditional profile and the dismemberment of this model that allowed alterations in its meaning in the present time. Having as objective to demonstrate the social conditionings and politicians who impose diverse barriers to the new familiar configurations, bibliographical research had been carried through and also research of field through interview with homoafetivos couples that possess steady relation with its partner. Through this research, it was verified that the intolerância permeada for a religious and heteronormativa moral is what makes it difficult the social recognition of the homoafetiva union as familiar entity. In this perspective, we can say that the homoafetivos share of a relation of complicity and affection, as the heteroafetivo; however what it differentiates them is the conception of the society of both the relations.
