Resumo
By taking part in the discipline of II Experimental organic chemistry, as a volunteer
monitor, it was figured out the need to elaborate scripts for laboratory practices along
with well elaborated didactic materials. Therefore, this work was structured based on
the defined problem: is it possible to elaborate a didactic material in the teaching of
organic chemistry, of an investigative and contextualized character, that is able of
assisting teachers and students in the subject? The investigation is classified as the
purpose and objectives, of applied and descriptive exploration, respectively. The
approach adopted is the qualitative nature. The type of research used was the case
study and bibliography to support the investigated object. The data collection method
relies on participant observation and data analysis is descriptive. The general goal is
to elaborate a didactic material, of an investigative and contextualized character,
capable of assisting the teacher and the college student in the discipline of II
Experimental organic chemistry in the undergraduate course in chemistry of the
Federal University of Amapá. In the search to contribute to teaching in the
undergraduate courses in chemistry regarding the orientation and elaboration of
didactic materials, it was achieved as results the II organic Chemistry experiments
Guide, which provides guidance to teachers and Students and proposes the
development of teaching and learning chemistry through didactic materials. It is hoped
to bring relevant information in the Act of elaborating didactic resources, as well that
with the supporting materials developed in this work, experimentation can be an
important tool for meaningful learning in this following undergraduate course in
chemistry, and to achieve the desire of students and professors of this institution to
have an important resource in their critical-investigative development when using the
laboratory.
