Hip hop tucuju: Um breve estudo do movimento cultural urbano como instrumento de prevenção e resgate de jovens em vulnerabilidade social no município de Macapá

Abstract

This article will discuss the role of the hip hop movement in the town of Macapa-AP, highlighting its main activities and their relationship with the prevention and rescue of young people living in social vulnerability. It was necessary to resort to bibliographic data to understand the roots of this cultural movement which emerged in EUA in the Decade of 70 and its various concepts, as well as the main elements. The focus of the research are the artistic activities carried out under local, in peripheral areas, including juvenile detention houses that meet educational measures, and how these practices interfere with the construction of the identity of the youth groups. Therefore, it is to understand the movement hip hop as a tool capable of producing collective and positive guidance for the youth of the city of Macapa. Use the search field as participant observer in hip hop events, were also carried out interviews with open-ended questions with members of the movement and supporters of this culture in general.
