Planejamento urbano da cidade de Oiapoque a partir da tríplice aliança rio, rodovia e fronteira

Abstract

The present research proposes an analysis of the urban planning of the city of Oiapoque to support the understanding of the dynamics of the river, highway and frontier carried out under the city and to demonstrate the significance of the interrelationships of these elements in the urban planning of the municipality of Oiapoque. Methodologically, this is a bibliographical and documental research, applied, with the exploratory character regarding the objectives. The approach, in turn, is qualitative and quantitative, using the dialectical method, to understand the relevance of the social context in the construction on the subject, which is constructed and (des) constructed in the face of interactions occurred from the river, highway and border. The results of the research indicate that urban planning is not considered in a comprehensive and systemic way, so as to integrate Oiapoque as a city Rio, Highway and Frontier, in all its ranges, so that Rio loses relevance, thebridge separates in instead of joining and driving the highway instead of approaching
